Serving in Worship
One of the ways you may serve during worship is to be a greeter at the entrance to the sanctuary:
Sanctuary Greeter
- Sign up on the clipboard at the back of the sanctuary
- Wear your name tag so that everyone knows your name
- Arrive 15 minutes before the beginning of the service
- Smile and greet people as they enter the sanctuary
- Hand out bulletins
- Assist the acolytes if they need help lighting the torches and/or ringing the bell (1 minute before the service begins)
